4 - GIVE THEM A SHOUT OUT (a simple social media post anywhere, just saying you love and support them....okay...you don't have to love them....just gush a little.)

5 - SIGN UP FOR THEIR NEWSLETTER (their blog, their mailing list, what ever.)

6 - CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO TAKE THIS CHALLENGE (Just Share this with them)

See how easy that is...now just do it 6 days. Or the rest of your life. Karma people....

I'm done...That's it, but it's so powerful...it sends out good vibes, great marketing for them, super feels goods for you and a virtual online hug in essence.
